About the role

Senior-level relationship manager responsible for driving strategic partnerships and revenue growth with key semiconductor customers across Taiwan and North Asia. Acts as the primary executive interface between the foundry and its most critical accounts, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver advanced technology solutions and maximize customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive executive-level relationships with assigned strategic semiconductor customers in Taiwan and North Asia
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve revenue growth and technology adoption targets
  • Lead complex negotiations for advanced technology nodes, capacity agreements, and long-term partnerships
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, operations, quality, and finance to deliver customer solutions
  • Provide market intelligence and customer insights to internal stakeholders for strategic planning
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
  • Drive customer success initiatives to maximize value realization and expand share of wallet
  • Establish and maintain C-suite relationships across customer organizations

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic account management or business development within the semiconductor industry
  • Proven track record managing large-scale customer relationships exceeding $100M annual revenue
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and foundry business models
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science or related field; MBA preferred
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating complex technology and capacity agreements
  • Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-level decision makers
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese required
  • Willingness to travel extensively across North Asia (up to 50%)
  • Experience working with foundry customers or IDMs preferred
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to develop business cases and pricing strategies
