The Relationship Development Manager (Offshore) is responsible for identifying and expanding business opportunities within the offshore energy and industrial technology sectors. This role bridges technical engineering solutions with client needs through strategic relationship management and contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the offshore wind and marine energy sectors
- Maintain and grow strategic relationships with key offshore operators and tier-1 contractors
- Coordinate with technical teams to develop and present project proposals and technical solutions
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact and lead generation through to contract closing
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity in the offshore industry
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements, including master service agreements and project-specific contracts
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project handoff and client satisfaction
- Participate in industry forums and events to enhance brand visibility and network with stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or account management within the offshore industrial sector
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of offshore energy systems or subsea infrastructure
- Proven experience in negotiating high-value contracts and managing long-term partnerships
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international team environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored for executive-level audiences
- Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting
- Willingness to travel frequently to offshore sites, shipyard locations, and client offices
- Knowledge of EHS and ISO standards applicable to offshore operations
- Proactive mindset with a strong drive for results and market expansion
