The Senior Personal Financial Consultant provides professional wealth management advice and financial planning services to clients. This role focuses on building long-term customer relationships and achieving sales targets through the promotion of various investment and insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recommend suitable financial products and services to meet customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Analyze customer financial situations and provide tailored wealth management solutions
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets for various banking and financial products
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews with customers to ensure financial goals are met
- Ensure all sales activities and documentation comply with internal and regulatory standards
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated on market trends and financial product developments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal financial consulting or banking sales
- Possession of required CMFAS certifications including M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, and HI
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail banking environment
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical financial practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
