Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recommend suitable financial products and services to meet customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Analyze customer financial situations and provide tailored wealth management solutions
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets for various banking and financial products
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews with customers to ensure financial goals are met
  • Ensure all sales activities and documentation comply with internal and regulatory standards
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Stay updated on market trends and financial product developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal financial consulting or banking sales
  • Possession of required CMFAS certifications including M5, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, and HI
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail banking environment
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical financial practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
