Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of premier semiconductor and electronics manufacturing accounts across South Asia with focus on Indonesia
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Build and maintain C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships at key customers
  • Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, supply chain, and support to deliver customer solutions
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to internal teams to shape product and service offerings
  • Drive customer satisfaction and long-term partnership value

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in account management or business development within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and customer needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related science field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency strongly preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively across South Asia, primarily Indonesia
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote/offshore setting
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience in complex sales cycles
  • Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams
