Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of premier semiconductor and electronics manufacturing accounts across South Asia with focus on Indonesia
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Build and maintain C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships at key customers
- Lead complex negotiations and close high-value deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, supply chain, and support to deliver customer solutions
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to internal teams to shape product and service offerings
- Drive customer satisfaction and long-term partnership value
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in account management or business development within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and customer needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related science field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively across South Asia, primarily Indonesia
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote/offshore setting
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience in complex sales cycles
- Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams
