About the role
This role manages a dedicated portfolio of high-net-worth clients within the Premier Private Client segment, focusing on personalized wealth management and investment solutions. The advisor is responsible for deepening client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring full compliance with financial regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth individual clients by providing professional investment advice
- Proactively identify and acquire new-to-bank customers through networking and referrals
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure client investments remain aligned with their risk profiles and financial goals
- Execute trades and transactions for various financial products including equities, bonds, and unit trusts
- Collaborate with product specialists in Treasury and Insurance to deliver comprehensive wealth solutions
- Maintain high levels of customer service and engagement to ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Perform rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks for all client onboarding and transactions
- Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and bank product offerings to provide timely advice
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, preferably in Finance, Business, or Economics
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management, priority banking, or financial advisory roles
- Possession of relevant CMFAS certifications (Modules 1B, 5, 6, 6A, 8, 8A, 9, 9A) and Health Insurance
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-value client portfolios
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build rapport
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, and insurance products
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating financial data and risk profiles
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with high standards of professional integrity
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Fluency in English and a second language to serve diverse client demographics
