Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets for assigned key accounts in South Asia and Vietnam
  • Build and maintain C-suite and senior-level relationships across customer organizations to drive long-term partnerships
  • Lead complex contract negotiations and commercial agreements for multi-million-dollar equipment and service deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, service, and product management to deliver customer solutions
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product roadmap and business strategy
  • Drive customer success initiatives to ensure high satisfaction and maximize account growth opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and adjacent market segments
  • Manage and mentor junior account team members to build high-performing customer engagement teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic account management or senior sales roles within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing industries
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar accounts and achieving revenue targets in high-tech capital equipment sales
  • Strong technical background with ability to understand and articulate complex semiconductor equipment and process solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and commercial deal structuring at executive levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business; MBA preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively across South Asia and Vietnam (up to 50% travel)
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills; additional regional language proficiency preferred
  • Experience working with offshore teams and managing complex international customer relationships
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to develop business cases and ROI models for customer investments
  • Proven leadership experience in cross-functional team environments
