Senior-level relationship manager responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships with key semiconductor customers across Greater China and North Asia. The role focuses on executive-level engagement, long-term account strategy, and cross-functional leadership to deliver complex equipment solutions and maximize customer value.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the overall strategic relationship and business growth for assigned premier semiconductor customers across Greater China and North Asia
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Build and maintain C-suite and executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams including sales, service, engineering, and product groups to deliver integrated solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling of equipment and service portfolios
- Negotiate and close high-value, multi-year contracts and agreements
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to internal teams to influence product roadmap and strategy
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success
- Drive customer success initiatives and ensure value realization from our solutions
- Act as the primary point of escalation for critical customer issues and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic account management or senior sales roles within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex customer accounts with annual revenues exceeding $50M
- Demonstrated experience selling capital equipment or high-tech solutions to semiconductor manufacturers
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level decision makers
- Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment with global teams
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional regional language skills a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively across Greater China and North Asia (up to 50%)
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and customer business models
- Experience with long sales cycles and complex solution selling
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
- Strong analytical and financial acumen to manage P&L responsibilities
- Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills
