- This is a key leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management capability, supplier negotiation expertise, and experience driving procurement transformation initiatives within complex industrial or engineering environments.
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
- Strong experience managing indirect procurement categories such as logistics, services, consumables, facilities, and operational support services
- Proven experience managing regional procurement operations across APAC markets
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams within a matrix organization
- Excellent commercial acumen with hands-on experience leading complex negotiations and supplier agreements
