Overhaul Business Manager SAESL (IA) in Singapore for Rolls-Royce. Lead an Overhaul Support Team responsible for governing and managing shop visits of Rolls-Royce engines. Drive Safety, Operational, Cost, Commercial & Quality performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive performance of the MRO base and Rolls-Royce enabling functions.
- Establish a Safety First culture.
- Understand and manage the operational plan (SIOP).
- Own the active operational plan for the MRO base.
- Lead the Turnaround-Time (TRT) improvement process.
- Support capability development programmes within MRO bases.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Part 145 or MRO environment within Aerospace.
- Strong Operational background in a Part 21 environment.
- Strong technical grounding - understanding of engine components, systems, and functionality.
- Experience in Operational roles preferable.
- Experience leading teams.
- Good business acumen.
