About the role
The Assistant Manager, Service Sales (Critical Infrastructure) drives aftermarket service sales and business development for mtu power generation solutions across critical infrastructure sectors, managing customer relationships, account plans, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive service sales growth for mtu power systems and aftermarket solutions within the assigned territory and customer portfolio
- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts
- Promote long‑term service agreements, maintenance contracts, upgrades, retrofits, spare parts, and technical service solutions
- Identify opportunities within mission‑critical and critical infrastructure sectors, especially data centres and power continuity environments
- Support route‑to‑market strategies through direct sales and distribution channels
- Monitor and report sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, customer activities, and revenue performance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in service sales, aftermarket sales, business development, or account management within industrial or power systems industries
- Experience working with diesel generators, gas generators, UPS systems, power solutions, or industrial engines will be advantageous
- Experience managing distributors, channel partners, or strategic customer accounts is preferred
- Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
