About the role
The Manufacturing Services Engineer supports safe, reliable, and efficient operation of CNC and robotic manufacturing equipment, leading maintenance activities, managing service providers, and driving continuous improvement through data analysis and reliability practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate maintenance and manufacturing services for CNC and robotic cells to ensure high equipment availability, reliability and process stability.
- Coordinate external Service Provider partnerships and develop framework contracts and Service Level Agreements.
- Provide data analysis and identify opportunities to improve cell and machine performance, applying SPC, reliability modelling, RCA and FRACAS.
- Coach and support technicians in CNC maintenance, ABB robotics, fixture care, troubleshooting and reliability best practices.
- Manage calibration, energy management, fluid management, and risk improvement plans, overseeing related service providers and performance monitoring.
- Administer Maximo, Gage In site & Statutory Inspection Database and act as system administrator for manufacturing equipment records and maintenance
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing services engineering.
- Familiarity with CNC systems and robotics (e.g., ABB).
- Proficiency in reliability analysis techniques (SPC, FRACAS).
