About the role
Rolls‑Royce is offering an internship in Customer Operations as part of its Emerging Talent Programme. Interns will engage with customers, manage cases and support programme management of customer projects, executing service delivery tasks and contributing to account meetings. The role seeks engineering students with strong analytical, IT and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute service delivery tasks within the region, either in a specific focus area or across multiple engine teams and service lines
- Take direction from regional services management while independently prioritising tasks based on safety, contractual obligations, and availability assurance
- Support the delivery of EIS activities for new and transitioned fleets to ensure seamless operational readiness for customers
- Contribute to customer account meetings by providing relevant, standardised operational content aligned with account segmentation cadence
- Operate in a customer‑facing capacity without being directly customer‑aligned
Requirements
- Students studying Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Materials, etc.)
- Clear drive for delivering results
- Strong IT skills
