Key Responsibilities
- Managing project documentation and supporting risk identification and mitigation throughout all project phases
- Developing and maintaining realistic project schedules, costs, and resource plans, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Monitoring project progress, costs, and resources, addressing any deviations from plans
- Supporting change control processes and ensuring deliverables meet agreed budgets and timelines
- Generating accurate and timely project reports for management and stakeholders
Requirements
- Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, etc.) and Business students
- Strong drive to succeed and willingness to see projects through to completion
- Strategic, structured, process‑oriented working style with strong analytical and communication skills
- Positive attitude, open mindset, and team‑player orientation
- Ability to develop accountability and understand expectations in engineering project management
- Ability to build effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders
