About the role
Rolls‑Royce is offering an internship in Service Order Management as part of its Emerging Talent Programme. The intern will manage the end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash process for after‑sales service support in the APAC region, coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, handle parts enquiries, warranty claims and provide administrative support. The role is based in Tukang, Singapore and runs from June/July to December 2026.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle all parts enquiries and order processing for external and internal distributors and Service Partners
- Coordinate with Service Sales, Workshop team, and Parts Technical team on technical issues, Bill of Materials, Parts Maintenance Kits, and tool recommendations
- Work with Parts Planning and Purchasing to ensure timely delivery to distributors
- Manage spare parts warranty claims through to closure
- Provide administrative support to the service order management team
Requirements
- University student studying Logistics, Supply Chain, Material Science, Engineering, Business, Admin, Arts & Social Sciences, Economics or related subjects
- Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels with a positive working attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP (Sales & Distribution Module) is an advantage
- Understanding of shipping, Incoterms and parts distribution supply chain is a plus
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
