Key Responsibilities
- Support development of IT solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
- Assist with daily operations, including cash management and billing plan tracking
- Maintain clear and accurate operational documents and procedures in shared folders, contributing to process improvements
- Compile various reports such as sales and inventory reports
- Provide ad hoc support to the Order Management Team as required
Requirements
- Polytechnic diploma or university student pursuing Engineering or Business
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with flexibility, adaptability, and a can‑do attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Motivated, organised, and detail‑oriented
- Must be able to work at the Tukang (Jurong) office
