About the role
The internship is with Rolls‑Royce's General Counsel Commercial Team, supporting commercial relationships across Asia Pacific and Greater China. Interns will assist with contract work, dispute resolution, and functional improvements. Candidates are university students in Business, Finance or Law with strong communication and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage commercial relationships internally and with external customers across Asia Pacific and Greater China.
- Pursue opportunities to maximise profit.
- Negotiate resolution of claims, disputes and litigation to minimise cost and risk.
- Manage customer restructurings, bankruptcies and internal approvals to Vice President level.
- Provide advice on contract interpretation and draft/negotiate contractual documentation.
- Deliver and support continuous functional improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university program studying Business, Finance or Law.
- Expected to graduate with 2:1 honours, preferably in the final year.
- Demonstrated keen interest in the aviation business.
- Strong communication skills.
- Well‑rounded experience with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑growing global environment.
