About the role

The internship provides hands‑on HR experience at Rolls‑Royce, supporting emerging talent programmes and HR initiatives. Interns will assist with programme refinement, onboarding, communications, reporting, analytics and event support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and refine Emerging Talent programmes by gathering industry intelligence and internal stakeholder input
  • Support HR programmes such as new hires, onboarding, internships, and learning plans
  • Improve internal communication channels promoting site‑wide and HR events
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations
  • Set up Power BI dashboards for HR analytics and reporting
  • Support LiveWell engagement activities and help plan/organise the 2026 HR events calendar

Requirements

  • University students, preferably studying HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Studies, Digital/Media Marketing or related fields
  • Ability to facilitate focus group discussions
  • Ability to develop concepts and create clear, concise presentations and proposals
  • Effective communication skills and strong collaboration abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
