  • Complete rotational 'gigs', gathering experience across the engineering lifecycle and building capabilities such as mechanical systems, manufacturing, software and digital, electrical, materials and development.

  • Gain hands-on, practical experience in operations and engineering activities to develop, maintain, and continuously improve manufacturing processes and methods
  • A degree in any STEM subject, or joint honours degrees that combine STEM with subjects like business or economics
