- The Digital Systems Manufacturing Assistant Engineer works within Digital Manufacturing Team and embedded IT contractors to maintain Digital Manufacturing operations in the plant.
- The role will also deliver/ implement key strategic digital technology capabilities to improve plant performance and stability.
- He/ She will also require fundamental understanding of Systems Thinking and collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for improvements.
Requirements
- Possess minimum a Diploma (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (Engineering/ Computer/ Information Systems).
- Experience maintaining & supporting digital manufacturing execution systems in a manufacturing facility will be an advantage.
- Hands-on with knowledge in project and business change management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand stakeholder needs and work with cross functional teams.
- Ability to deliver quality work in a fast-pace operational environment.
- Familiarity with Design Thinking and proficiency in at least 1 programming language (e.g.
