Key Responsibilities
- Semiconductor Back End Test Unit Process Engineering
- Drive cross-functional projects on Industrial 4.0 factory automation, process improvement, and cost reduction
- Analyze, improve, characterize, and control processes
- Lead investigations into deviation, crisis, and risk management
- Lead change management projects
- Support equipment qualification, defect characterization, and yield improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 0-3 years of working experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry
- Strong problem solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Familiar with IATF16949 standard and change management
