Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of operators, technicians, and supervisors.
- Identify and analyze production bottlenecks and problems.
- Investigate methods to reduce scrap, non-conformity, and manpower ineffectiveness.
- Plan and manage manpower to meet department KPIs (Cycle, Delivery, Yield).
- Clarify and communicate management directions.
- Initiate and lead cost-saving projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a Senior Engineer or Production Manager.
- Excellent knowledge of Production Management (FIFO, LIFO, Kanban, Lean Manufacturing Concepts).
- Experience in a cleanroom environment/protocol.
- Ability to manage a workforce of 180 to 250 operators, technicians, and supervisors.
