- Key responsibilities in your new role Plans, manages and controls the entire project life cycle of the project & ensures successful hand-over to sustaining function.

Requirements
- Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Min 5 years of working experience in semiconductor assembly and packaging development with min.
- 2 years' experience in leading end-to-end project management cycle Min Bachelor Degree in Electronics / Industrial Engineering or any relevant discipline Possess strong project management knowledge and experience in terms of project initiation, planning and closing, including reporting and documentation.
- Project Management Certification is a plus Confident in leading cross functional teams and collaborative with diversity of thought, skills and personalities in order to maximize capabilities and outcomes and resolve conflicts when arises Strong Stakeholder management : Possess effective presentation, negotiation and influencing skills Agile and possess critical thinking to effectively mitigate project risks #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
