Key Responsibilities
- Key responsibilities in your new role Develop and implement OSAT planning systems and processes to ensure efficient material flow, inventory management, and production planning.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and issues related to OSAT planning, system, and process improvements.
- Support SAP & Supplier management tool rollout to subcontractor.
- Responsible for new supplier onboarding for OSAT Operation, Planning and controlling (OPC) to ensure supplier readiness and compliance to IFX planning process and requirement.
- Manage projects related to OSAT planning system and process integration, system, tool, and process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including Operations, Planning, Controlling, and IT.
Requirements
- Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's degree Qualification in Engineering / IT / Systems Field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Planning, Process and /or Manufacturing.
- Project Management knowledge in backend Supply Chain Planning is preferred.
- Prior experience with the SAP system would be a plus.
- Possess skillset and ability to drive projects and implementation in cross-functional teams.
- Strong in analytical, communication and time management skills.
