- Key responsibilities in your new role Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive Industry 4.0 and lights‑out automation strategy aligned with business objectives.

Requirements
- Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 15+ years of semiconductor automation experience focused on lights-out manufacturing, factory systems, and digital transformation
- Minimum 5 years in leadership.
- Proven success leading regional/cross ‑ site teams and collaborating with vendors and partners.
- Strong understanding of backend processes, WIP flow, and production workflow optimization .
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and operational management skills.
