Key Responsibilities
- Key responsibilities in your new role Troubleshoot, recovery and resolve equipment breakdown on plant automation equipment e.g.
- Autonomous Mobile Robot, Automated Strapping and Unstrapping Equipment, Automated Materials Handling System, Overhead Transportation System, Automated Storage & Retrieval System, Automated Packing Equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic computer hardware and software issues independently / with IT engineer assistance.
- Perform system & server recovery on automation / manufacturing systems e.g.
- Storage system, transportation system, remote command center.
- Assist engineer on software roll-out, and periodical system / server OS & AV patching and update.
Requirements
- Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Min.
- Diploma or equivalence in Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering Min.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with automation equipment Must be a team player and able to work independently Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills Willing to learn and able to pick up skills quickly Willing to work on 12hrs permanent Day/Night shift NITEC / Higher NITEC holder is also welcome if have min.
- 5 years' experience with automation equipment #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
