Senior/Research Engineer responsible for process control in a semiconductor research fab. Tasks include troubleshooting, continuous improvement, yield analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues systematically.
- Lead technical assessment and startup of new tools.
- Implement Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) for quality and cost optimization.
- Establish control plans and Out of Control Action Plans (OCAP).
- Provide technical training and share best practices.
- Perform yield analysis and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics, Materials, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years semiconductor experience.
- Proficiency in tools like JMP, Minitab, SQL, Visual Basic.
- Strong knowledge of ISO, SPC, RCA, DMAIC, DOE and problem-solving techniques.
