Key Responsibilities
- Drive multi-year strategy and business roadmap development for RIE Data System.
- Conduct strategic analyses (environmental scanning, ecosystem mapping, capability assessments, benchmarking).
- Lead development of near-term and long-term strategies and roadmaps.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to align strategic programmes.
- Prepare strategy papers, presentations, and briefing notes.
- Translate strategic intent into actionable plans and develop/monitor KPIs.
Requirements
- Experience in strategic planning and analysis.
- Ability to develop and monitor KPIs.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in preparing strategy papers and presentations.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and interoperable data infrastructures is a plus.
