About the role
Product Development Engineer - Test Development for AMD's next-generation processors. Develop ATE test solutions for Enterprise New Product Introduction (NPI). Collaborate with design teams, own test modules, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality ATE Test solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop ATE test programs and design test hardware.
- Evaluate and release robust test programs for production testing.
- Partner with IP design, validation, and architecture teams.
- Build and maintain test program infrastructure.
- Evaluate and validate new product features during initial silicon bring-up.
- Conduct silicon characterization across various conditions.
Requirements
- BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines.
- Robust background in ATE development, preferably Advantest 93K.
- Strong programming and scripting skills in languages such as C, C++, Java, Ruby, Perl, or Python.
- Familiarity with version control systems.
- Competence in statistical analysis techniques.
- Solid understanding of modern computer architecture.
