Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 5 or more test engineers
- Develop test content and test program for ATE
- Advise a technical team, lead technical discussions, and handle execution
- Establish pre-silicon test requirements
- Implement post-silicon bring-up plans
- Drive multi-functional debug activities during NPI phase
Requirements
- Demonstrated people management experience
- ATE test content development and board design knowledge
- Strong knowledge in Test methodologies and DFT strategies
- Knowledgeable in version control tools (Git, Perforce)
- Well-versed in task management tools (Jira, Kanban)
- Knowledgeable in statistical analysis
