Key Responsibilities

  • We are a growing Product and Test Engineering team who manages critical and strategic New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining to support the Embedded Business Unit.

  • As a MTS ATE Product Development Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and driving ATE test solutions to meet NPI business milestones and KPI metrics (test time, yield, cost, quality).
  • The expectation is to perform technical leadership through interaction with DFT and CT IP teams, Product & Test Engineering teams, Quality & Reliability teams, software & platform teams to come up with the best solution that balances quality and cost.
