About This Role
Jurong Port's Associate (Property Management) role requires a Diploma in Business or related discipline with strong interpersonal skills and initiative to manage tenancy accounts, track projects, and prepare presentations for management.
Responsibilities
- Track the status of various projects and engage with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor the performance of key contractors and ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed terms and conditions.
- Raise Procurement Requests in coordination with the Corporate Procurement team.
- Maintain a register of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Contracts for the Division.
- Prepare periodic presentations and reports for management review.
- Manage tenancy-related accounts and associated administrative matters.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as training and guidance will be provided.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous and attentive to detail.
- Demonstrates initiative and a strong sense of responsibility to anticipate issues and complete assignments on time.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in preparing impactful PowerPoint presentations.
