Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand goals and challenges.
- Initiate, measure, and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Address employee relations issues and manage conflicts.
- Partner with Talent Management & the Academy for training and development.
- Assess current and future talent needs based on business goals.
- Partner with Compensation & Benefits team for performance reviews and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR Professional certifications & accreditation (e.g., SHRM, IHRP) are advantageous.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience.
- Solid understanding of labour laws and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Ms Office.
- Hands-on with good analytical skills.
