  • Partner with Compensation & Benefits team for performance reviews and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR Professional certifications & accreditation (e.g., SHRM, IHRP) are advantageous.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience.
  • Solid understanding of labour laws and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Ms Office.
  • Hands-on with good analytical skills.
