A senior finance manager in Singapore tasked with leading robust performance management, conducting strategic investment evaluations, and driving financial transformation initiatives to support long-term value creation.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a senior finance business partner to management and stakeholders.
• Leads robust performance management processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Analyzes market trends to identify growth opportunities and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Drives investment evaluation, capital allocation, and feasibility studies for strategic investments.
• Prepares high-quality business cases and investment proposals to senior management.
• Plans and manages the financial strategy, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Good degree in Finance/Accountancy or Business.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Team player with proactive personality and initiative.
• High energy, enthusiastic team player, confident, mature with high sense of direction.
• Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter with good business acumen and international business mindset.
• Willing to travel extensively if necessary.
