Senior Manager (Cybersecurity)

About This Role

A Senior Manager in Cybersecurity at PSA requires 5+ years of experience, a degree in cybersecurity or related field, and strong technical skills including ISO 27001 compliance. The candidate must lead the LCIRT, manage MSSP Level 1/2 operations, and execute phishing exercises to protect Singapore's IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Local Cyber Incident Response Team (LCIRT) and coordinate Level 2 operations.
• Oversee vulnerability management, events, and requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain robust endpoint security measures and conduct regular user account reviews.
• Manage Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) Level 1 and coordinate Level 2 operations.
• Support the investigation of IT security incidents, policy violations, and compliance assurance.
• Plan and execute phishing exercises to identify high-risk targets for awareness training.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with IT security practices including access control, network, and cloud security.
• Technical knowledge of computer system architecture and protocols with practical security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CSA CCM).
• Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Certification such as CISSP (preferred) or equivalent certification.
• Good communication and presentation skills, including active listening.
• Ability to work effectively at different levels in an organization and support international stakeholders.
