Title: Senior Associate, Pavement

About This Role

Senior Associate for Changi Airport Group's Engineering team is responsible for maintaining aircraft pavements and airport roadways, ensuring safety, operational reliability, and compliance with standards in a high-visibility operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance of airfield pavements, including runways and taxiways.
• Perform routine inspections and condition assessments of infrastructure assets.
• Carry out planning and coordinating maintenance works to ensure safe completion.
• Prepare cost estimates, work plans, and maintenance records for all assigned assets.
• Monitor works carried out by contractors or maintenance teams under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, operational requirements, and applicable standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of civil engineering and pavement maintenance principles.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop skills in maintenance and asset management.
• Work is based in an operational airport environment, hence occasional night works may be required to support maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
• A valid Class 3 driving license is preferred.
