Title: Manager (Digital Infrastructure)

About This Role

Manage and secure Changi Airport's digital infrastructure, encompassing on-premises systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). This role ensures high availability, scalability, and robust cybersecurity for critical airport operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-premises digital infrastructure for airport operations.
• Develop and provision cloud hosting services on AWS/GCP.
• Safeguard infrastructure from cyber threats and maintain compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and system recovery efforts.
• Formulate strategies for scalability, continuity, and resiliency.
• Manage projects, contractors, and monitor system performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4-5 years in digital infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and GCP.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure/security for hybrid connectivity.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, networking, and backup.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage contractors/vendors.
