About This Role
The Changi Airport Landside Concessions Division is seeking a Senior Associate/Assistant Manager to drive business strategy, automate data reporting with BI tools like Tableau and PowerBI, and leverage AI-enabled analytics to optimize revenue and marketing performance.
Responsibilities
- Establish key performance metrics for Landside business across sales, revenue, footfall and marketing.
- Automate data compilation and cleaning processes to build business dashboards for efficiency and visibility.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Data Science & Management team to plug Landside data into enterprise systems and leverage AI capabilities.
- Coordinate monthly finance reporting and annual budgeting efforts with the CAG Finance team.
- Conduct desktop research on macro and local trends to identify growth opportunities for mid-to-long-term business targets.
- Manage ad-hoc key projects and undertake other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
- Prior experience in retail leasing and asset management a plus.
- Strong business mindset with ability to work with varied data sets to draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization and dashboarding using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of data modelling and database technologies.
- Proficiency in campaign measurement, predictive modeling, segmentation, hypothesis testing, forecasting, A/B testing.
- Experience with AI-enabled analytics tools and data engineering methodologies (SQL, ETL, Python, R).
