About This Role

Changi Airport Group is seeking a highly motivated Manager/Assistant Manager to lead digital transformation and operational strategy at Changi Airport, focusing on end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Formulate the digital transformation roadmap for airport operations
• Lead end-to-end project delivery from exploration to deployment
• Steer technology development and evaluate solutions for operational feasibility and impact
• Deploy solutions in operational environments and oversee change management and adoption
• Adapt approaches across projects requiring varying degrees of technical depth, business model development, and user engagement
• Develop a comprehensive strategy to guide the transformation of airport operations

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably with at least 3 years of working experience
• Enthusiastic about transforming airport operations and demonstrate knowledge in deploying digital systems
• Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to articulate desired end goal, devise mid-term strategy, outline programme roadmap
• Excellent communications (written & oral) and people skills with a proven ability in change management
• Experience with the aviation sector or prior experience in digital systems
