Seeking a proactive Manager to lead Corporate IT solutions, HR systems transformation, and integration initiatives with focus on business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop system roadmaps and implementation plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Analyze business processes to identify gaps, integration challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to build strong business cases and factoring in ROI.
- Partner technical teams and vendors to design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions with clear metrics.
- Lead project, change, and system integration management activities to ensure business, functional, and technical requirements are met.
- Oversee system operations, maintenance, compliance, and lifecycle renewal to ensure adherence to standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in technical domains and industry (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, SharePoint).
