Title: Cloud Operations Specialist (Senior Associate / Assistant Manager)

About This Role

Hiring a Senior Associate to manage CAG's cloud infrastructure, oversee contractors and budgets, and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, governance, contractors, and budgets.
• Serve as the main point of contact for cloud initiatives.
• Drive internal management approvals and facilitate steering committee discussions.
• Manage cloud operations, vendors, and budgets for optimal performance.
• Lead infrastructure enhancement projects and coordinate efforts across technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with cloud security, CAG governance, and internal frameworks.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in cloud infrastructure support (AWS/GCP).
• Proven experience managing operations, vendors, and budgets.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or CCSP.
