About This Role

The AOST team leads transformation initiatives to improve passenger experience and operational effectiveness, driving solutions like AI-enabled products across strategy, product, and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Drive transformation from problem definition to adoption, translating needs into actionable roadmaps.
  • Oversee delivery of solutions involving Generative AI and LLMs in live operational environments.
  • Manage programmes with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Define success metrics, track outcomes, and drive continuous improvement based on data.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to clarify problem statements and define requirements.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across digital, product, or operations contexts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting scope as priorities shift.
  • Clear, structured communicator with strong written and verbal abilities.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across digital or operations contexts.
  • Working understanding of AI-enabled systems and basic technical literacy in software development.
