About This Role
The AOST team leads transformation initiatives to improve passenger experience and operational effectiveness, driving solutions like AI-enabled products across strategy, product, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Drive transformation from problem definition to adoption, translating needs into actionable roadmaps.
- Oversee delivery of solutions involving Generative AI and LLMs in live operational environments.
- Manage programmes with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination.
- Define success metrics, track outcomes, and drive continuous improvement based on data.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to clarify problem statements and define requirements.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across digital, product, or operations contexts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting scope as priorities shift.
- Clear, structured communicator with strong written and verbal abilities.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across digital or operations contexts.
- Working understanding of AI-enabled systems and basic technical literacy in software development.
