Hiring an Assistant Manager to drive category growth and merchant acquisition in the Beauty & Wellness eCommerce sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchant acquisition including prospecting, negotiations, and promotion development.
• Manage sales targets for merchants under your care to grow revenue streams.
• Analyze merchant performance and support monthly business reporting activities.
• Resolve operational issues related to publication, orders, logistics, and payments.
• Drive profitability by implementing new business ideas and concepts for merchants.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to expand category segments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in merchandising, eCommerce, or marketplace management.
• Strong industry networks and contacts preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and presentation formats.
