About This Role

We are seeking a motivated technical manager with low-code experience to oversee digital transformation and lead B2B application development, including architecture design, team leadership, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end software application architecture using low-code platforms like OutSystems.
  • Conduct design thinking workshops and gather user requirements for B2B enterprise solutions.
  • Perform technical assessments, source applications, and manage program lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
  • Lead rapid prototyping engagements with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance on agile methodologies.
  • Ensure software development quality control, governance compliance, and rigorous change management to meet functional and operational requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships by driving a common vision with outsourcing partners to achieve shared outcomes and stretch goals.

Requirements

  • Accredited degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in solution development and technical design, preferably at large corporations.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into scalable features and design decisions.
  • Hands-on experience in architecting enterprise digital solutions using low-code platforms with certification (e.g., Architecture Specialist or Professional/Expert Developer).
  • Excellent communication skills to describe architectural decisions and defend solutions to internal and external parties.
  • Possession of low code platform certifications (e.g., Architecture Specialist, Professional/Expert Developer) is highly desirable.
  • Strong practical knowledge of DevSecOps principles (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code) and IT Service Management (incident management).
