Manager / Asst Manager, Retail (Real Estate)

About This Role

Knight Frank is seeking a Manager / Asst Manager, Retail (Real Estate) in Singapore to lead retail projects and consultancy for developers, landlords, and retailers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to achieve project objectives such as occupancy, budget rent, and tenant mix.
• Carry out retail consultancy and planning works for clients.
• Seek appointments with landlords and retailers to find suitable tenants.
• Represent landlords and retailers in their business expansion plans.
• Initiate or participate in marketing activities through various channels.
• Manage lease negotiations on behalf of clients.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Real Estate/Estate Management or equivalent.
• Currently an existing salesperson or qualifies to be registered as a salesperson with CEA.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
