About This Role
Knight Frank is seeking a Senior / Marketing Executive, Retail (Real Estate) to lead retail property marketing and tenant representation for the Singapore market.
Responsibilities
- Represent landlords to find suitable tenants for various retail properties.
- Represent retailers and F&B operators in their business expansion plans.
- Initiate or participate in marketing activities through various channels.
- Manage lease negotiations on behalf of clients.
- Cultivate accounts and foster relationships with clients.
- Assist project team with pitching materials, client meetings, and report preparation.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Real Estate/Estate Management or equivalent.
- Currently an existing salesperson or qualifies to be registered as a salesperson with CEA 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of written and oral English.
- Has initiative and is able to work independently.
- Motivated individual and mature team player.
- Innovative and resourceful.
