Risk Services - Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) Engineer (1-year contract)

About This Role

PwC seeks a senior Application Maintenance Engineer for a 1-year contract to support Microsoft and Oracle systems, including .NET, Kafka, SignalR, and SSIS, with onsite 9-6pm support during major events.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for availability, stability, performance, and integrity of critical production and non-production environments.
• Investigate incidents, manage resolution, and perform bug fixes for end-to-end application maintenance services.
• Ensure system integration using Oracle Service Bus, SignalR, and Redis with .NET technologies.
• Support system operations including SCCM, SCOM, MSSQL, and Oracle DB from infrastructure and application perspectives.
• Provide onsite support during major events as required, working 9am-6pm.
• Maintain high availability and integrity of production environments using Microsoft technology stack.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft technology stack including .NET, C#, ASP.NET WEB API, MVC, EF, LINQ.
• Familiarity with data streaming technologies like Kafka and SignalR.
• Database management skills including Oracle DB from infrastructure and application perspectives.
• Domain knowledge in system integration using Oracle Service Bus (OSB), SOAP, REST, WSDL.
• Solid technical expertise across programming and database technologies.
• Experience with system integration tools like SSIS, SSRS, and SignalR.
