Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory advice to FS clients (banks/Fintech) on risk and compliance.
• Conduct compliance reviews, internal audits, and recommend control enhancements.
• Advise on licensing, regulatory reporting, and compliance framework development.
• Support FS audit engagements regarding regulatory and compliance matters.
• Help build Compliance Outsourcing Services offerings.
• Contribute to business development and new service formulation.

Requirements

• 8+ years in banking regulatory or external audit (Big 4/Regulator/FI).
• Strong understanding of banks/payments/Fintech landscape.
• Experience with MAS regulatory requirements preferred (e.g., Banking Act).
• Proven experience in internal audits or control reviews.
• Meticulous attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Professional, confident self-starter with high integrity.
