Consulting Finance Strategy & Operations - Manager

About This Role

A PwC Financial Services Strategy & Operations Manager role seeking a Bachelors/Masters degree, 6-8 years of experience in consulting or FS industry, and leadership skills to deliver engagements and build the practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interactions and delivery of work alongside senior leaders.
• Identify client needs, define approaches to problems, and manage work plans for execution.
• Help activate the PwC network to leverage capabilities while bringing client perspectives.
• Serve as a role model for junior team members in terms of development and leadership potential.
• Contribute to thought leadership by generating external publications and internal innovation of client offerings.
• Pre-empt problems to show clients how PwC can help achieve their futures.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or CFA is a plus.
• Prior consulting or direct experience with the Financial Services industry (Banking, Asset & Wealth management, Insurance, Fintechs).
• At least 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in Consulting or equivalent Strategy, Transformation, Digitisation, Operations roles.
• Demonstrated experience in delivery leadership, people management, and driving team outcomes.
• Expert problem-solving and analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative orientations).
• Ability to communicate complex concepts simply to a broad audience with senior executive level engagement.
• Experience in the Financial Services industry (banking, insurance, or otherwise) and solid functional knowledge in business.
