Key Responsibilities
- We are in search of an experienced program manager with strong analytical, problem-solving and risk management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage effective relationships in a cross-functional organization to meet commitments for successful customer program launches.
- Must be self-directed and work in complex and dynamic ecosystems.
- Drive/Manage program schedule development and execute tactical plans to support Product Development Program budget planning to support Product development execution Drive schedule readiness for engineering test solutions to support 1st Si bring-up activities.
- Interface & communicate with cross-functional groups for full alignment, reporting and drive improvements Coordinate to qualify production test solutions for production capacity installation at OSAT Provide engineering support to production control and OSAT Lead / participate in teams and task forces to resolve production issues Manage Product Life Cycle management phase gate review
