Key Responsibilities
- Explore, sensemake, and preprocess raw disparate healthcare datasets
- Design and develop data preparation and ETL workflows and pipelines for large multimodal healthcare datasets
- Develop automated knowledge extraction and feature engineering pipelines
- Translate processed data into downstream AI model development, inference, and evaluation tasks
- Collaborate within a highly interdisciplinary R&D team with machine learning, public health, precision medicine experts, clinicians, and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical/Health Informatics, Computational/Systems Biology, or related Data Science fields
- Strong data science, data engineering, and programming abilities
- Experience in at least two of: large‑scale data exploration/warehousing, biomedical/healthcare data preprocessing, knowledge extraction/feature engineering, machine learning methods
- Minimum 2 years of post‑degree experience, preferably in healthcare or research environments
- Ability to work independently and in interdisciplinary teams
- Quick learner capable of acquiring domain knowledge
